Nightflight / Nightflightversel (various names)

A very long history of scamming other artists, stealing and tracing art. Commonly sounds like a bot when commenting on posts (shown in images.) 

Also has a known history of sexual harassment of youth, harassment, sending death threats, blackmail, hacking, leaking personal information (typically gains this through either hacking or copyright claims against him), animal abuse, etc.
