Ownership Policy

Ownership of any adopt, design, and character belongs to me until payment has been received and only then will you, the client, receive rights to use the character. 

Characters, designs, or adopts may only be purchased for the agreed price. 

Changes to the design of an adopt are subject to additional charges if not otherwise specified. 

All clients are required to credit me, the artist, as a designer, if adding the adopt to Toyhouse or any other website used for character storage, organization, transfer, or sale. 

I retain the rights, as the artist, to my own artwork and creation. You MAY NOT use any of my original artwork of the character to create another character, copy or trace my art style, or make a base of any kind. Please ask if you wish to reference my art directly. 

Designs and adopts may ONLY be resold for a fair price. This "fair price" means selling the character for an equal or lesser value than what it was purchased for, unless there have been any major design or artwork additions that therefore increase its value. 

If you, as the owner of an adopt, for any reason do not want it anymore, I will gladly take ownership back from you. You will NOT get a refund for this.
