Copyright & Usage Policy
I, the artist, hold the rights to every commissioned drawing, not the client.
As such, I may use the art by;
Promoting myself within any place, site, or online platform;
Publishing it in any print form (i.e. books);
Displaying it anywhere or anyhow; and
Posting it anywhere online or otherwise.
Unless agreed otherwise, clients may only use commissioned work for personal use, such as;
Printing the art for personal display (i.e. poster);
A computer wallpaper;
A profile picture;
Or any other way that does not use the artwork for any for-profit purpose and retains my credit as an artist.
Clients retain the rights to their own characters, including those that myself, the artist, has designed or created, not the art piece itself.
Breach of copyright is subject to retraction of rights to the art piece, character, or design, and personal or legal action.
Copyright Infringement
Methods of copyright infringement are as follows:
Taking credit for creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks or signatures.
Purposely altering, changing, or damaging the artwork without my, the artist's, consent. (This includes using my artwork to create characters or drawings of characters).
Tracing or copying any of my artwork in order to reproduce it, for use of any kind.
Commercial reproduction or use of the artwork for financial gain if commercial rights to the work have not been purchased.
