JULY 2026 : Remy Boell
Every student has a unique reason for falling in love with aerial, and for Remy Boell, it's the feeling of freedom that comes from flying through the air and the excitement of discovering what's possible.
One of Remy's favorite things about aerial is the opportunity to meet new people while continually learning new skills. "I get to meet new people and do new drops," she shares. "I feel free when I am in the air." That sense of connection and adventure shines through every time she steps onto the mat.
While aerial silks is Remy's favorite apparatus, she enjoys exploring every apparatus she has the opportunity to try. She's especially proud of mastering Corkscrew with a Half, a skill that reflects both her determination and her willingness to embrace new challenges.
If you ask Remy what she looks forward to most in class, the answer is easy: drops. Whether she's learning a brand-new one or refining a familiar favorite, she loves the excitement that comes with taking that leap of faith. There's something unforgettable about the moment you commit to a drop—trusting your wraps, letting go, and experiencing that brief sensation of weightlessness before the fabric catches you. Drops require practice, courage, and trust in both the technique and the process, making every successful attempt feel incredibly rewarding. For Remy, each new drop is another chance to push past hesitation, try something exciting, and celebrate a new milestone. It's no surprise that this is her favorite part of class. As Remy says, "I feel proud of myself when I do new moves."
Watching Remy continue to challenge herself has been a joy. Her curiosity, determination, and excitement for learning remind us that aerial isn't just about mastering tricks—it's about discovering what you're capable of, one wrap, one drop, and one flight at a time.
Thank you, Remy, for sharing your aerial journey with the Cloud 9 community. We are so proud of all you've accomplished and look forward to watching you continue to soar.

MARCH 2026 : Megan and Kahena Dudley
This month, we’re celebrating Megan and Kahena Dudley, an impressive mother–daughter duo who have been taking aerial lessons together for almost two years. Their dedication, encouragement, and shared love for aerial arts make them a special part of the Cloud 9 community. Watching them train side by side has been inspiring as they build strength, confidence, and beautiful movement in the air.
Megan loves that aerial gives her something special to share with her daughter while also helping her get stronger. Her preferred apparatus is lyra, and she feels most proud when she finally masters a skill she’s been working on for a long time.
For Kahena, her favorite thing about aerial: it’s fun! She enjoys working on silks, and she’s especially proud of learning pendulum climb. She says she feels proud of herself whenever she completes a new skill.
We love seeing their teamwork, perseverance, and joy in the air. We’re so proud of how far they’ve come and can’t wait to watch them keep growing together!
