In this course, a comprehensive portfolio is prepared for presentation to a panel of professionals as the capstone project for this Master's program. The portfolio includes evidence of mastery that the Ten Wisconsin Teaching Standards have been met. As part of the portfolio, learners also present evidence that demonstrates improvement in student learning within their classrooms.

2. Appraise their most significant area of growth in teacher effectiveness for each standard.
3. Understand the value of reflection, critical thinking, and self-assessment on continual learning.
The teacher fosters relationships with school colleagues, parents, and agencies in the larger community to support students’ learning and well-being, and acts with integrity fairness, and in an ethical manner.
To demonstrate my ability to reach Wisconsin Teaching Standard 10, I have compiled a portfolio of the research conducted, works created, and professional services performed during my studies with Saint Mary's University. This graduate portfolio exemplifies my connection to other teachers, to the families I serve, and to the larger community that supports the education and achievement of my students. Included below are additional artifacts that demonstrate my commitment to lifelong learning in my personal life and the academic success of my students.
