CastleBranch is only used for the ADN program!
The Chaffey College ADN Program partners with CastleBranch to manage student health compliance documents. This management system allows students to order their own background checks online and store all required documentation. Once the initial subscription fee is paid, students will have permanent access to their accounts.
Background checks expire after four years. If there is any change in the individual’s background while enrolled in the program that results in a change of the caregiver report, it is the responsibility of the student to notify Chaffey College and another full background check is required.

Create an account by going to Castlebranch Chaffey College Portal. Click Create Account to get started.
Use the scroll down menu to find your program.
Click on the link to start your order
Carefully enter the information required to complete your order. Please read the Disclaimer on the next screen. Sign, and click Accept & Proceed to continue.
Be sure to use your Chaffey College student e-mail, as this is the system's main mode of communication with you.
❗Be aware that if you do not "disclose" everything requested in the Background Check, the report will be flagged, and the student will not be cleared. Chaffey College is not informed the reason for a student being flagged.
❗If students are going to work with a government-affiliated company, all records and incidents must be disclosed, even if those records are expunged.
Review your information on the Order Review Screen. If everything is correct, enter your payment. You can pay by credit card or money order.
There are lots of options for paying for your package: debit or credit card, e-check, and even payment plans.
When you are ready, click "submit" and your order will begin the process. Congratulations!
Castlebranch will send TWO emails to the address used during account creation. The first is a receipt and confirmation. The second will contain an activation link. Click on the Sign In link within the message to be taken to your personal Castlebranch account portal. You'll be asked to verify your information, and select hints in case you forget your password.
Once Castlebranch has your registration and you have paid for your background check, they will immediately start the process.
You will receive a confirmation when your results have been submitted to Chaffey College.
It is essential that students remain in compliance for the entire duration of their placement, so be sure to check your MyCastlebranch Portal on a regular basis. While you won't have to repeat a background check unless your status changes, it is important to stay current with immunizations. Stay on track. Check back regularly. Enjoy your placement knowing that you are safe, your patients and residents are safe, and our community is protected.
