ABOUT YOUR GUIDE

My name is Sebastián Mejía, a rock climbing guide and instructor with 26 years of experience, based in Suesca, Colombia.

I have travelled across Colombia and abroad enjoying great rock climbing adventures and also sharing with some of the coolest people in the world in places like Yosemite, Indian creek, Dolomites, Valle de Cochamó, Zillertal, Oberreintal, Curacao, etc.

I am passionate about sharing the unique climbing opportunities that Suesca has to offer. 

From beginner-friendly experiences to advanced climbing techniques, my goal is to help climbers develop skills, confidence and a deeper connection with nature in the vertical world.

I specialize in traditional climbing, multi-pitch systems, aid climbing, route development and self-rescue techniques. Whether you are taking your first steps outdoors or looking to expand your climbing knowledge, I strive to provide safe, personalized and enjoyable experiences.
