Alternative Learning System (ALS)

The Alternative Learning System (ALS) is a parallel learning program for out-of-school youth and adults who were unable to complete basic education.

Key Features:

– Flexible schedule (modular and community-based)

– Covers Elementary and Junior High School level

– Learners take the Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test

– Passers receive certification equivalent to formal schooling
