Ternate Integrated National High School maintains a clearly defined organizational structure that ensures effective governance, efficient administration, and the continuous delivery of quality education. The school operates in alignment with the policies and standards of the Department of Education and under the supervision of the Schools Division of Cavite Province.

At the division level, the Schools Division Superintendent, together with the Assistant Schools Division Superintendents, provides strategic direction, policy guidance, and administrative oversight to all public schools within the division. Their leadership ensures that institutional goals are consistent with national educational standards and priorities.

At the district level, the Schools District Supervisor of the District of Ternate monitors and evaluates the implementation of academic programs and operational procedures, ensuring compliance with established regulations and the continuous improvement of school performance.

The School Principal serves as the chief executive officer of the institution and is directly responsible for overall school management. The Principal oversees curriculum implementation, personnel supervision, learner welfare, community engagement, and resource management.

Supporting the Principal are the Head Teachers and Master Teachers, who provide instructional leadership, supervise subject areas, mentor faculty members, and promote excellence in teaching and learning. The Guidance Counselor attends to the academic, personal, and career development needs of students, fostering holistic growth and well-being.

Chief Advisers coordinate grade-level activities and strengthen communication between students, teachers, and parents. The Administrative Officers and support staff manage financial services, records, enrollment, and other essential administrative functions to ensure efficient school operations. Security personnel and utility staff uphold safety, order, and cleanliness within the campus.

Through this structured system of leadership and collaboration, Ternate Integrated National High School upholds accountability, professionalism, and a steadfast commitment to providing accessible and high-quality education to the community.
