The school is listed in the official Philippine Department of Education (DepEd) masterlist as a recognized public high school under the Cavite Schools Division – Ternate District. It carries a specific DepEd School ID (301221) and operates under the basic education curriculum prescribed by DepEd for secondary education (junior and senior high).
Like all public high schools in the Philippines, it follows the K–12 curriculum, which consists of junior high (Grades 7-10) and senior high (Grades 11-12).
Historically, some older records list a “Ternate National High School” at the same general location, and the integrated school may have grown out of that or adopted a name reflecting inclusion of senior high levels under the K–12 program, though the official DepEd page primarily confirms it as the Ternate Integrated NHS today.
