WHAT I OFFER
Every person brings a unique history. I offer compassionate support across several areas where I have training and experience.
The journey into parenthood can be one of the most profound — and most disorienting — experiences of a person's life. Whether you're navigating fertility issues, pregnancy anxiety, postpartum depression, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, or the identity shift of becoming a parent, you deserve support that truly understands what you're going through.
I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, and supporting birthing people and their partners through every stage of the perinatal period.
What to expect
A non-judgmental space to name what you're actually feeling.
Evidence-based support for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Grief support for pregnancy and infant loss.
Support during the transition to parenthood.
Understanding how past experiences shape the way you feel, relate, and respond today.
Trauma is not always the result of a single, significant event. It can also develop through repeated experiences of loss, instability, neglect, relational difficulties, or situations in which you did not feel safe, supported, or understood. Over time, these experiences can influence how you view yourself, relate to others, regulate emotions, and respond to stress.
I provide trauma-informed therapy to help you understand how past experiences may be influencing your current emotional and relational patterns. Together, we can work toward processing difficult experiences, developing greater emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, and building a more compassionate understanding of yourself.
What to expect
Trauma-informed therapy grounded in safety, collaboration, and your individual needs.
Attachment-based exploration of relationship patterns and interpersonal experiences.
Support with emotional regulation and stress responses.
Support in developing healthier coping strategies, boundaries, and relationships.
A paced, collaborative approach that respects your readiness and goals.
Anxiety can feel like a constant hum of worry that never quite turns off. Depression can make even the smallest tasks feel impossibly heavy. Both can leave you feeling isolated — like no one else could possibly understand.
I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck, build practical coping tools, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
What to expect
CBT and ACT tools tailored to your specific patterns
Practical strategies for managing anxious thoughts and low mood
Exploration of the deeper roots of anxiety and depression
Support for both high-functioning anxiety and more debilitating episodes
Navigating change with clarity and self-compassion.
Major life changes — a new job, a move, a relationship ending, a loss, becoming a parent, or simply turning a corner in your sense of self — can shake the ground beneath you even when the change is one you chose.
Therapy during transitions isn't about having all the answers. It's about having a steady, thoughtful presence beside you as you figure out who you are becoming and what you want your life to look like on the other side.
What to expect
Space to grieve what you're leaving behind
Support for identity shifts and questions of meaning
Practical tools for navigating uncertainty
Help clarifying your values and what you want next
