A Leadership Development Programme
PAT (Prospects in Action Training) is a 3‑month intensive leadership development programme designed to equip Volunteers with the knowledge, skills, values, and practical experience required to thrive in their prospective roles within CLEIIN and beyond.
The programme combines structured learning, hands-on assignments, mentorship, and performance-based evaluation to ensure volunteers demonstrate leadership readiness through action, accountability, and impact.

- Meet minimum attendance requirements
