CleanUp Earth — Account and Data Deletion
Effective Date: July 15, 2026
CleanUp Earth allows users to delete their account and associated data directly inside the app.
1. How to Delete Your Account in the App
To delete your account:
1. Open the CleanUp Earth app.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm by tapping Delete My Account.
After confirmation, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
2. What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, CleanUp Earth deletes:
- your account;
- your profile;
- your nickname;
- your cleanup reports;
- uploaded photos connected to your reports;
- rewards, points, badges, and level;
- content reports or flags created by your account.
3. What Data May Be Retained
We do not intentionally keep personal account data after account deletion.
Some limited information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or third-party infrastructure for security, fraud prevention, debugging, or legal compliance. This data is not used to recreate your account.
4. Request Account or Data Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email.

Please include the email address connected to your CleanUp Earth account.
We may need to verify that you own the account before deleting it.
