Environment Day

As part of our Environment Day celebrations, students participated in a Dry Leaf and Flower Art Activity, transforming nature's fallen treasures into beautiful works of art. Using dried leaves, flowers, and other natural materials, they explored their creativity while developing an appreciation for nature and sustainable practices. The activity encouraged artistic expression, environmental awareness, and the importance of preserving the beauty of our natural surroundings.

STARCH TEST 

🧪🌿 Ever wondered how a simple leaf reveals the secret of life? We just proved photosynthesis in action! 🌞 When we test for starch in leaves using iodine, the green fades and blue-black magic appears—pure proof that plants create and store their own food. 🍃✨ 

The Iodine Test! 🔬💧 Today we tested potato, bread, and rice flour. Watch closely as the yellowish iodine turns into a deep, rich black upon contact with these high-carb favorites.
