Five days. One house. A blind old woman who hears absolutely everything you do. That's the entire premise of Granny, and somehow it's enough to keep people tense for the full runtime. You wake up locked in a bedroom with no memory of how you got there, and escaping means digging through rooms for clues while staying quiet enough that she never notices you're awake.
Sound is the whole game here. Granny can't see particularly well, but she reacts instantly to noise, so a creaky floorboard or a dropped item can end a run in seconds flat. The puzzles reward patience over guessing, keys and tools hidden in spots that only make sense once you've noticed a pattern somewhere else in the house. Rush through a room and you'll miss something you'll need three rooms later.
Controls: WASD or arrow keys to move, mouse to interact with objects and pick things up.
Headphones genuinely change how this plays. Half the survival strategy comes down to hearing exactly where she is before you're anywhere near her, and that's hard to do with your speakers on low. Play Granny unblocked games 6x style, headphones on, and see how many of the five days you actually make it through.
