Landscape Architecture may still be unfamiliar to many in the Philippines, but awareness of this profession is steadily growing. While there’s more to be done, we remain dedicated to advocating for the role landscape architecture plays in shaping our communities and environment.
From designing sustainable public spaces to enhancing urban landscapes, landscape architects are creating the environments we live in. We’re committed to spreading the word about how this field improves our quality of life and its impact on everything from environmental sustainability to community well-being. The Circle of Landscape Architecture Students (CLAS) organization is a duly recognized student-run organization. It was first founded by UP Diliman, College of Architecture in 1989 as UPCLAS. Later on, it established chapter organizations, starting with CLAS BSU at Bulacan State University - College of Architecture and Fine Arts, followed by USC CLAS at the University of San Carlos - School of Architecture, Fine Arts & Design in Cebu.
