Hello! I’m Laywan, the official mascot of CLAS BSU!
I’m also known as Apis cerana, a proud member of the honeybee family and a native to the beautiful Philippines! You might know me as the "Bubuyog na Pukyutan," but around here, I go by Laywan. I'm buzzing with excitement to represent my community, bringing sweetness, hard work, and teamwork to everyone around me!
So, let's get buzzing and make great things happen together! 🐝
THE OFFICIAL LOGO'S MEANING
The circular shape of the logo represents unity, continuity, and wholeness within the organization, symbolizing inclusivity and cohesion among members.
The four distinct sprouts inside the circle symbolize the different year levels from first year to fourth, showcasing the progression and growth of members throughout their academic journey.
The incorporation of green color reflects the organization's connection to the environment and underscores the values of growth and development among its members as they advance in their landscape architecture studies.
Our organization is an active and registered member of the Office of Student Organizations and Activities at Bulacan State University. We are proud to be one of the founding organizations within the College of Architecture and Fine Arts, representing the landscape architecture student community.
