Building an Inventory
As we discovered the vast majority of mentor opportunities in our community, we determined that our best course of action was to create a space where teachers, counselors, parents and students can visit and connect with organizations to build and support student interests.
At this time our Leadership Clarksville team is constructing a “one stop shop” to live on the Leadership Clarksville website that will incorporate mentoring entities of our area. We will continue to update and revise the page throughout the year so it can have the most accurate information possible.

We plan to partner with the United Way for the 2023 Night Out Event at APSU and to attend fairs hosted by CMCSS during the next school year. At these events, we will have the current M & M information available to attendees as well as a QR code that will link to our three surveys. Participation in the surveys will provide ongoing feedback to keep needs and opportunities up to date in the hope that it will assist mentoring organizations and potential mentees in Clarksville Montgomery County to make a connection. Additionally, we would like to branch out and partner with area private schools and churches and seek out other opportunities to increase awareness of both the needs of youth and the amazing organizations that are already in place to meet these needs
