Action Plan

Within 30 days, the M & M (Mentoring in Montgomery) information will distributed to school counselors at the area public schools as well as to the organizations on the mentoring list.  This goal is to ensure the information is available before the beginning of the school year.

Every 90 days we plan to check the web page or links for accuracy and any needed updates. 

In six months, we are committed as a group to meet to review any new survey data to identify additional mentoring opportunities.  We will also use this time to review the progress to date and to verify the accuracy of the links.  We have agreed to meet semi-annually in an effort to keep the information current.  

To make this sustainable, we would like to see M & M become a permanent part of Leadership Clarksville, perhaps with participation from both Leadership Clarksville and Youth Leadership Clarksville classes.  Eventually maintenance of the links and/or website would be performed by Leadership Clarksville staff or web designer.
