Our group set out to discover what mentoring organizations currently exist in Montgomery County, find challenges and confirm successes. Our goal is to connect youth and young adults with those in our community that can help them achieve their goals and become active citizens in our community.

Mentoring in MoCo is how Leadership Clarksville may highlight the resources that Clarksville and Montgomery County have to offer our youth. We will showcase/promote organizations and businesses with a primary focus on assisting youth and young adults in planning and preparing for the future.
Mentoring in MoCo is how Leadership Clarksville may highlight the resources that Clarksville and Montgomery County have to offer our youth. We will showcase/promote organizations and businesses with a primary focus on assisting youth and young adults in planning and preparing for the future.
We surveyed students, teachers, counselors, and post high school young adults. Surveys are still ongoing.
We used multiple platforms to gather the information and realized there was not a need to create another organization but develop a way to get the information into the hands of those who need it.
Based on our data and analysis we want to continue this work over time as organizational mentors and those needing mentoring are ever evolving.
