Favourite muscle(s) to train: quads and back
Hobbies outside of the gym: archery and horse riding
One thing I love the most: my dog Lilly!
I've always been involved in sport, throughout school and university, and this developed into a love for the gym and fitness. My background as a researcher and lecturer means I love to find evidence to underpin my work, which translates to my coaching.
As a personal trainer and online coach, I have an evidence based approach to working with my clients, meaning I like to help you understand why you are doing what you are doing - in training, in nutrition, and in all aspects of your life. My passions lie in building better and more effective habits and developing a sustainable lifestyle and mindset towards health and fitness. I’m also qualified to train pre- and post-natal clients, and am working towards my nutrition coaching qualification.
I've been a regular gym go-er for many years and have previously worked as a PT and group exercise instructor at David Lloyd. Now I'm at PureGym and Norfolk Health and Fitness in Norwich, ready to support clients in their health and fitness journeys.
