Booking

To book a time, click on your preferred day and time. Please review our no show policy prior to booking your appointments.

Walk ins do not require an appointment, but are limited to certain times of day, and patients must be enrolled or agree to enroll with the clinic. If it is very busy walk ins may not be seen. Arrive early to ensure you can be accommodated. Patients who have missed an appointment recently will not be permitted to see the walk in doctor.

Please note some conditions such as ear pain, abdominal pain, sore throat, cough, chest pain and breathing difficulty among others are inappropriate for phone and video call assessment and require evaluation in person. Phone and video appointments booked for these issues may be cancelled on short notice.

The clinic email address is not monitored. Unsolicited emails will not be reviewed and will be deleted. Do not send emails to the clinic without having discussed it with the clinic beforehand.

Prescription renewals without assessments are uninsured services and are available upon request. Please review Dr. Sun's FAQ here if you have questions about fees for uninsured services. Clinic policies can be reviewed at this link.
