Maekrua's oyster sauce is a typical seasoning used in many Thai and Asian stir fry recipes. This is a top brand of Thai Oyster Sauce. It is not overly salty and has a nice and authentic flavour. Maekrua Brand is known for making Thailand's best stir-fry sauce and is a must-have for any Thai or Asian food fan. The Shell Shuan Shim award has been given to this product (which is similar to the Michelin stars awarded here). Other brands can use as well, but I chose this Maekrua because my mom used this brand before.
