I am an Asian kid who enjoys delicious meals. I've always gone to a good restaurant to fuel my energy to myself. In 2021, I had the opportunity to do a master's degree in Lincoln, England, where eating habits are much different from where I'm from. I realised that eating Asian food out would be too expensive, so I resolved it by learning to cook. Many people have told me that anyone who gets the opportunity to study abroad will gain cooking skills. Now I understood because I had never cooked before coming here, but I learnt and practised cooking here so that I could enjoy my favourite dishes at a lower price than eating out.
