The Performance Governance System (PGS) is a framework for the formulation and implementation of strategies aimed at governance reform capacities towards better service delivery. The system has been designed towards the achievement of breakthrough results while being consistently aligned with the institution’s strategic roadmap. The City of San Fernando Police Station bagged the Silver Eagle Award on its Compliance Stage. Today, this Station is on its way to Institutionalization.
It is composed of sectoral leaders or individuals known for their integrity, probity and leadership be established, to support the City of San Fernando Police Station in the successful implementation and monitoring of its strategic transformation roadmap.
The Station Advisory Council (SAC) is composed of fifteen(15) members. The SAC took their oath on February 15, 2019 at Conference Room, City of San Fernando Police Station.
Mr. Reymond Del Rosario as the Chairman , Public Order & Safety Coordinating Office (CPOSCO) and Mr. Rene G Romero as the Vice-Chairman. Members: Mr. Renato P Legaspi, Academe Sector; Ms. Joyce Del Rosario, Business Sector; Pastor Fernando Farpara, Religious Sector; Ms. Gracie R Rutao, Media Sector; Mr Jonathan P Torno, Business Sector, Engr Alex F Patio, Business Sector; Mr. Juny D Cajudo, Business Sector; Bro Joe Jose Baracquiel, Religious Sector; Mr. Naser Mimbala, Religious Sector; Ms. Noemi S Dizon, Business Sector; Mr Rey Langit, Business Sector and Atty Noel Luzung, Legal Sector.
The Station Advisory Council conducts quarterly meeting to collaborate with Station Technical Working Group(STWG) in identifying key priorities and strategic issues within the city government's peace and order. They provide insights in aligning the Station's plans and programs with the political, socioeconomic, cultural and moral development needs of the organization.
Together with the STWG, they evaluate and amend the strategies for the implementation of the PGS in accordance with the PNP thrusts, programs, projects and activities, and advise on the necessary amendment to the current and development of future programs, projects and activities.
With the adoption of the Performance Governance System (PGS), the implementation of the P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030, and through the development of Unit's Charter Statement and Tactical Dashboard, the Station Technical Working Group (STWG) together with the Police Strategy Management Unit analyzes the monthly accomplishments and/or variances of each unit offices to fine-tune strategy implementation down to Community Police Assistance Centers.
Hence, the Station Technical Working Group and Police Strategy Management Unit are primary responsible in initiative implementation and cascading the unit scorecard down to individual personnel.
