We offer three types of capacity-building events. First, we have public events, such as Circular Talks (online seminars or talkshows) and Circular Podcasts, open to anyone interested in learning more about circular development. Second, we provide Youth Internships that engage students and fresh graduates, offering hands-on experience. Third, we offer intensive training programs tailored for organizations, including governments and companies, to help them learn about and implement circular development practices.

The research internship engages youths (university students or fresh graduates) to collaborate on a research project titled "Circular by Nature," in collaboration with Shirvano Consulting. In this inaugural program, we welcomed Aninda Maulidyna (Bachelor of Environmental Science, UNS) and Aurelia Dewi (Master of Urban Design, UGM). Both interns presented the initial findings at the Ruang Berbagi 13 Program by Shirvano, with panelist Cecilia Nonifili Yuanita from Resilient Development Initiative.
A public discussion, held collaboratively with Shirvano Consulting and Young Planners IAP Indonesia, focused on circularity supported by nature in cities and regions. Our expert, Rendy B. Aditya, introduced the concept of nature-based circularity. We invited Wilda R. Ulfa, Chief Urban Design and Landscape from Shirvano Consulting, to share her empirical experiences in designing with nature, and Rissa L. Andini from Young Planners IAP Indonesia, to share her experience in policy advocacy for nature-based solutions in small and medium Indonesian cities.
