Circular, developed by Vignesh Technologies, strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child grooming, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation involving minors, and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Users can report prohibited content inside Circular using the Report Post option. Reported content and accounts will be reviewed, and appropriate action may include removing content, blocking accounts, preserving necessary evidence, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority as required by law.
Circular complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with lawful investigations.
