You would like to host a home party with 12 or more guests within a reasonable distance. Although Elayne is no longer doing home parties due to her health and lack of transportation, her good friend Eli LaPaix has COL inventory and can be contacted.
Elayne is willing to host a party at her place if you bring the guests and refreshments. The same structure noted in #2 applies. The limit is 12 guests.
