The ADA work addressed various issues with PDF documents, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Canvas courses. Issues included alt text inclusion, text selection, contrast issues, scheme formatting, image size, text and image location, presentation formatting, closed captioning for videos, object descriptions, and reading order.
Raised SVCC accessibility score from a 72% in 2020 to a 97% at the start of 2023.
