Correlates with every E-Board member and Committee head to keep Cinema Workshop organized and flowing.
Creates and oversees Member Bonding Events for general members throughout the year.
Designs and plans the club's calendar.
Makes the presentation slides for general meetings weekly.
Encourages membership through organizing member bonding events.
Oversees all fundraising and service projects.

Takes attendance for general meetings and committee meetings.
Writes and sends out meeting minutes after general meetings.

Keeps track of club members' active membership status.

Plans the year's budget with the President.
Advises the E-Board on the state of the budget and which purchases/investments would be viable to improve the club.
Tracks all purchases and budget changes on the club's budget sheet.

Makes promotional material for the club, including:
- Posters
- Logos
- Social media graphics
Designs and updates the CW bulletin board in Bozorth Hall regularly with information about meetings and club events.
Equipment Manager - Terry Harris
Favorite Movie: Rushmore
Oversees the status and usage of club equipment.
Keeps an updated inventory of all of CW's own equipment.
Maintains and repairs equipment, and advises the E-Board on what needs to be purchased.
Keeps equipment organized and easily accessible.
Documents what equipment is checked out for CW projects.
Holds training workshops to educate new members on the handling of equipment.
Maintains the club's media archive.
SGA Representative - Josh Whitaker

Favorite Movie: Scream
Attends all meetings as required by the SGA, representing the club and its members at those meetings.
Reports relevant SGA meeting proceedings to the E-Board.
Fulfills all requirements as outlined by the SGA.
Assists the Vice President with all service project activities.

Updates and maintains the website as well as all of the club's social media accounts.
Archives club materials and maintains a published history of the club.
Posts updates, important info, and BTS content on social media, including:
