Conference Fees

• Option 1 - Presenting in Graz (regular talk or poster):

150 Eur

100 Eur (students)

• Option 2 - Presenting remotely (virtual talk or flash talk)::

75 Eur

40 Eur (students)

• Option 3 - Audience member (no presentation):

50 Eur in Graz - as we have limited seats available, you should reserve your seat in advance. Please send an email to Cristina Scuderi before you register.

10 Eur in remote - please send an email to our student team coordinator Elli Xypolitaki to let us know about your registration!

Discounts

If your submission was accepted for presentation and you are not affiliated to any University, or only have limited financial resources, we could offer a discount (i.e., paying students' fees). Please contact us in advance if that is the case.

What's included?

If you are physically present in Graz (whether as a presenter or as an audience member), then the reception ceremony at the town's hall on the 26th September, as well as coffee breaks, refreshments, and lunches are included in the participation fees.

Cancelation policy

You will be able to cancel your registration within 30 days from your purchase. This will cost €5 (plus bank charges), but you will get back all of your money. After 30 days, we will be able to refund you only if we are responsible for the cancelation of the event.
