Training courses
of reflection on the petanque gesture must be holistic and specific, progressive and evolving. It should cater to the widest possible audience. It should enable each competitor to better understand and analyze their own technique in game actions, whether in shooting or pointing. The ultimate goal is to reach and maintain the highest level.
The complexity of individual analysis highlights the need to refer to basic principles of 'perfect gestures,' illustrated by breaking down the actions of the game and the associated movements.
Thus, the workshops established are a representation of the different phases of the game that players face in competition. The training sessions organized are based on this method, with personalization that takes into account the unique qualities of each participant.
The orientation of Level 1 training focuses solely on basic gestures, while subsequent levels build upon and develop more advanced techniques and address strategic and tactical aspects of high-level competition.
Our experience since 1998 has led us to refine this teaching method for all those who wish to improve, prepare for competition, and ensure consistency in performance.
