If you have officially enlisted, you will need to submit your DD4 form to Ms. Valverde to get credit for being CCMR eligible. 

Before you are able to meet with a recruiter on campus, all students MUST submit a parent permission slip.  You can pick one up from the College and Career Center or download the form here.
