Digital Portfolios

Students will create their own websites to record highlights and reflections of their learning throughout the semester. Students will share photos, videos, drawings, and reflections during each of the projects.  If you would like to view your child's portfolio, just ask them to show you their site. (It stays within the Walled Lake Google world...so you have to be logged in with their account.) 

Internet Safety

Throughout the semester, students will be engaged in lessons and expecations in internet safety and digital citizenship. 

Graphic Design

Students will be using Canva and other grapic design sites to create images, make flyers, edit videos, and more! 

Computer Science

Students will be using many different coding sites, as well as engaging in Computational Thinking exercises. Some of the coding sites include: Scratch programming, Microsoft's MakeCode with Physical Computing projects, Bits Box, and Made with Code, and Code.org. 

Google Applied Digital Skills

Students will be engaging in lessons created by Google to explore and enhance their skills using G-Suite tools.
