The Religious Case Analysis directly relates to the importance of developing trusting and safe relationships amongst students, staff, and community.
ELCC 4.1 describes, “Candidates understand and can collaborate with faculty and community members by collecting and analyzing information pertinent to the improvement of the school’s educational environment”. The Developing Professional Capacity case study describes a situation where there needs to be an improvement in the educational environment to improve student outcomes. For this to be done, all stakeholders (parents, students, staff, administrators, district personnel) must be on board in improving the educational environment to meet standards.
