ELCC 1: Vision

Building, articulating, implementing, and stewarding a school vision amongst staff members is a continuous journey that starts in the interview process, then is described and analyzed in the induction of new teachers. It is imperative that novice teachers have a clear understanding of mission, vision, goals, policies, and procedures of a campus prior to the school year. This will promote campus culture and positive student outcomes, while supporting and retaining new teachers.
