ELCC 3: Resources

Resources sometimes drive education. Students need essential resources in order to be put in a situation that will help create success and achievement. In this case, one can see how losing one resource creates a domino effect and provides issues for the whole campus. 

Clinical Field Experience D: Beginning Teacher Observation and Feedback highlights the coaching cycle of pre-conference, formal observation, and post-conference of a beginning teacher that enables professional growth and student success, by providing feedback to ensure high-quality instruction.

ELCC 3.4 states, “Candidates understand and can develop school capacity for distributed leadership.” The Empowering Leaders Professional Development presentation clearly illustrates this. 

Developing a comprehensive safety calendar promotes the safety and welfare of students and staff within the school. Emergency action plans must be well planned, well practiced, and communicated clearly to all stakeholders.
