Over Christmas break, I visited my cousin in Missouri and worked at her store everyday I was there from opening to closing time. I took the boxes of jewelry out of the safes and place them in the correct display windows. I monitored the store's security cameras and dealt with minor transactions (such as watch battery replacements and small jewelry sales). I helped pack the display boxes back into the safes at the end of the day.

Over those summers, I volunteered with my friends to help kids over the summer. One of my friends and I were assigned to the math and science class which was also the 1st and 2nd grade homeroom.
I monitored children (grades 1-8) as they worked on either math or science and helped them if they did not understand how to do a problem. I also had to keep track of a small group (four to six) of 1st and 2nd graders on field trips. I also had keep track of time to meet up with the rest of the summer program for lunch and to board the bus home.
