Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long and take place either in-person or virtually.
I am in-network with the Duke Student Health Insurance plan, and out-of-network with all other insurance plans. If you choose to bill insurance for out-of-network mental health services, you will be responsible for filing a claim so that you can be reimbursed directly for a portion of the fee. I am happy to provide the information needed to make this as smooth a process as possible.
Out of network rates are due at time of service and are as follows::
Individual Counseling:
Initial consultation (60 minutes): $175
Individual sessions: $150
Couples Counseling:
Initial consultation (60 minutes): $225
Couples sessions: $200
