Unfortunately, different churches have different views of the Lord's Supper. In these resurces you will see Christians criticising other Christians and the way they practice Communion. You will need to be discerning. What does the Bible say?
Each resource contains some things of value. Look for those things but also be aware of those things that might simply belong to a particular tradition or understanding. In other words, separate the wheat from the chaff.
And remember, it is not just a question of what you feel more comfortable with. What does the Bible teach? And, on some questions, is there room for more than one undertanding because the Bible is not specific? Do we need to show grace to people who have come to a different, but potentially biblical, conclusion?
