Adoration - expressing our love for God and our appreciation of Him. Thanks and praise.
Confession - acknowledging our sins and seeking and receiving God's forgiveness.
Thanks - remembering all that God has done for us and giving Him thanks
Supplication - requests. Praying on behalf of others as well as submitting our own needs to God
Head-To-Toe Prayer - (Scripture Union) - this resource focuses on justice but the idea of head-to-toe prayers could be applied much more generally. The model is designed for children but could be used by anyone.
