I just released a rough draft of a new course focused on AI implementation in the HR world. The course focuses on 9 differing stances on AI use and it's limits. The content is based off the AI+HI Project Podcast, by SHRM, which consists of nearly 70+ episodes, some of which are up to 45 minutes in length.
I took all episodes, and broken them down by what contradictions were found the most amongst the different speakers. I used these contradictions as "stances" as the flow for the course.
Give it a look and feel free to let me know what you think!
