Why did you pursue the MHRM:
I pursued the MHRM program because I've always been fascinated by business strategy and people development. After completing a few HR internships during undergrad, and getting my feet wet in the corporate day-to-day motions, I decided that HR was my calling!
How does it connect to your HR/AI consulting interests:
Since we are living in a time of widespread AI adoption, it's actually a great time to learn current trends and strategies within HR Management. One of the biggest takeaways I have so far is my membership in SHRM because it allows me to interact with others who are in the workplace. My goal is to come away being well equipped to handle AI in the HR environment.
A quote or statement that captures your philosophy:
During my time on the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World, I had a chance to meet Meg Crofton, who was the VP of Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. During a talk she gave, she discussed her having a "mind for business, and a heart for people." Since that day, that quote has followed me everywhere!
