Professional librarian with over twenty years of public library experience that includes establishing community partnerships, developing staff, providing quality programming for all ages, management and administrative services, and user instruction.  My library philosophy is for every patron to have a positive experience at the library.  Thus, my leadership philosophy is for every staff member to receive the development they need in order to achieve these positive experiences for patrons.
