The Commissioner oversees their High Command, Low Command, Supervisors, and Low Ranks. They oversee the department to make sure everything goes planned, they also make changes to the public by adding new department members, new leadership, and so on.

The Deputy Commissioner oversees their High Command, Low Command, Supervisors, and Low Ranks. They assist the Commissioner with their tasks, their mission is to make sure CHP has everything going as planned and scheduled, and they make sure every regulation and SOP is updated.

The Second Deputy Commissioner oversees their High Command, Low Command, Supervisors, and Low Ranks. They assist the Deputy Commissioner with their tasks, whenever the Deputy Commissioner of CHP is not available to make something public or make sure something needs to be updated, their Second Deputy Commissioner makes sure everything is made right.

The Assistant Commissioner oversees their High Command, Low Command, Supervisors, and Low Ranks. They assist the rest of the Administration Team, they work closely with the High Command Team to make sure the CHP department maintains professionalism, and activity and follows all regulations set in CSRP. They make sure that CHP is set right with the rest of the team.
