Uniform Ordering

How to Order a Uniform:

• BEFORE submitting form, please pay for your uniform with a leader at the restaurant. 

  • Uniforms cannot be paid for during the times of 10am-2pm OR 4-7pm. The "why" behind this is because the Leader will be unavailable to assist you. These are our busiest times and they will be focusing on running their shift. 

  • Uniforms are paid for with EITHER cash or card. 

  • When you pay for the uniform- please collect the receipt from the leader. Upload a picture of this receipt before submitting the Google form. This will provide "proof" that the uniform is paid for and is ready to be ordered. 

  • Your uniform will be ordered approximately 1 week from when it is paid for, and will arrive to the restaurant approximately 1 week from when it was ordered. 

  • You will receive a notification via text that your uniform can be picked up. A leader can retrieve this for you.
