This tour spans 9 days and 8 nights, including 8 nights lodging, with 4 consecutive nights in the San Antonio area.
Tour Itinerary (February 28 - March 8, 2026):
Day 1 (Feb 28): Depart your group's location in a spacious, video and restroom equipped Motorcoach. Settle into a comfortable en route hotel for the night.
Day 2 (Mar 1): After Continental Breakfast, head to the Oklahoma City National Memorial to pay respects to those lost in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombings. Enjoy Dinner and head to an en route hotel.
Day 3 (Mar 2): After Continental Breakfast, continue towards beautiful San Antonio, TX – Home of the Alamo!. Enjoy a relaxing Dinner and check into your San Antonio area hotel for a 4-night stay.
Day 4 (Mar 3): After Continental Breakfast, embark on a GUIDED TOUR OF SAN ANTONIO. This tour includes visits to San Fernando Cathedral, the King William Historical District, and El Mercado, an area patterned after an authentic Mexican market. In the afternoon, with a guide, visit the enchanting Japanese Tea Garden, described as a "beloved jewel in San Antonio's cultural landscape". After a relaxing Dinner, head to San Antonio's famous River Walk for a SCENIC CRUISE!.
Day 5 (Mar 4): Enjoy Continental Breakfast before departing to meet your guide for Fredericksburg, "Jewel of the Texas Hill Country". Begin with a visit to the NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE PACIFIC WAR, including the George Bush Gallery, where visitors engage with personal stories of Americans involved in the Pacific Theatre of World War II. Then, depart for the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park for a narrated driving TOUR OF THE LBJ RANCH. This evening, enjoy a "lovely Dinner complete with entertainment".
Day 6 (Mar 5): Start the day with Continental Breakfast. Depart for a visit to the SAN ANTONIO MISSIONS NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK. Experience the "Queen of the Missions" - Mission San Jose, which was established in 1720 and is noted as one of America's great landmarks. Later, go to the IMAX Theatre at San Antonio Rivercenter to see “ALAMO…The Price of Freedom". Then, visit the buildings and grounds of The ALAMO, "The Shrine of Liberty," to "stand where history took place". Relax and enjoy Dinner.
Day 7 (Mar 6): Enjoy Continental Breakfast before leaving for the Magnolia Market at the Silos in Waco, TX. After a relaxing Dinner, check into an en route hotel.
Day 8 (Mar 7): After Continental Breakfast, visit the Oklahoma History Center in Oklahoma City, OK. Relax in an en route hotel tonight.
Day 9 (Mar 8): After enjoying Continental Breakfast, depart for home.
