Free Legal Consultations for DACA Recipients and Undocumented Dreamers. The Presidents' Alliance's Legal Pathways that Work (LPTW) initiative is now offering free virtual legal consultations for DACA recipients and undocumented Dreamers holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher. The consultations focus on employment-based visa options but screen for all pathways to lawful status. How it Works: Share the Request for Legal Consultation Form. Eligible individuals will be connected to a partner law firm for a free consultation.
Please Note: Due to limited capacity, the resource is unable to serve undergraduates, international students, those with pending or approved green cards, or individuals seeking non-employment-based advice. The program plans to expand access in the future. For more information, visit Legal Pathways that Work resource hub or email Caitlin Johnson at caitlin@presidentsalliance.org.
