Steps to Walk Customer Through Heads Up Text
Copy Message
Send message to Customer
Have them copy it
Have them go into their settings
Have them go into "Messages" on Settings
Have them turn off iMessage and group messaging
Go into text app
Paste the message
“TO” put all referrals, and send
To go back into settings and turn on imessage and group messaging
