Insurance

Your own liability insurance with specific requirements is required to rent the center.  Example Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Additional Insured: 

• The additional insured must include Chantilly Highlands and CAMP.  

Insurance Limits:

• Limits must be not less than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) combined single limit, with respect to personal injury and death and property damage.  Example:
